Steve Bracks-chaired Victory Offices may have traded insolvent
Myriam RobinRear Window editorA company once chaired by former Victorian premier Steve Bracks may have been insolvent for at least the last 10 months of his tenure.
Bracks resigned his role at then-listed commercial subleasing operation Victory Offices in May last year. It collapsed in November, with its liquidators stating in a recent report to shareholders that their “preliminary investigations” lead them to believe the company may have been trading while insolvent “from at least 30 June 2021″.
