Steve Bracks-chaired Victory Offices may have traded insolvent

A company once chaired by former Victorian premier Steve Bracks may have been insolvent for at least the last 10 months of his tenure.

Bracks resigned his role at then-listed commercial subleasing operation Victory Offices in May last year. It collapsed in November, with its liquidators stating in a recent report to shareholders that their “preliminary investigations” lead them to believe the company may have been trading while insolvent “from at least 30 June 2021″.
