Chain smokers across Melbourne coughed up a lung at news the City of Melbourne is considering expanding its smoking ban across the southern capital’s numerous landmarks and transport hubs.
The effect, a near total ban on ciggies in the CBD, would also imperil the ability to vape e-cigarettes in the city centre.
