Cryptocurrency exchange operator Diginex completed a reverse merger with 8i Enterprises Acquisition Group on October 2 and is now listed on Nasdaq. On Tuesday, it appointed a new set of directors to its board. One of them, would you believe, is former professor Richard Petty.

You might recall that Dr Petty is also a director of Ambition Group, the recruitment company that delisted from the ASX last month while its subsidiary Watermark is leading the Australian Broadcasting Corporation’s search for new board members.
