ABL also represented Frydenberg in his (failed) 2016 attempt to suppress a transcript of his Australian Federal Police interview in 2003, when Frydenberg was an adviser to foreign minister Alexander Downer and the AFP were investigating a major intelligence leak to Herald Sun columnist Andrew Bolt.
