Hawthorn Football Club’s presumed next president Ian Silk, who is absolutely, 100 per cent, definitely not angling for Jeff Kennett’s soon-to-be-former job, has already started drawing up material changes to the 119-year-old AFL club before getting his feet under the desk.

The moustachioed money manager last month told a “Hawks for change” rally he was “very much of the school that, particularly as a family club, we should be ceasing our connection with poker machines and poker machine revenue”.
