Ex ACCC-chairman Graeme Samuel, the National Stock Exchange’s newest director, must be a man of unbridled optimism.

iSignthis chief John Karantzis last year used that company, which ASIC is suing, to buy a major stake in the NSX. We had figured the investment just another front from which he could continue to wage war on the ASX, which earned his ire when it “unlawfully” suspended iSignthis from trading at ASIC’s request.
