Suspended ASX stock and Rear Window favourite iSignthis on Thursday announced it had taken part in a $4.2 million private placement of the National Stock Exchange, giving it 13 per cent of the upstart bourse. And it wants shareholder approval to spend more money taking its ownership up to 19.9 per cent. Which the NSX is pleased about, according to director Tom Price.
