One of the biggest clangers this AGM season has to be the board of financial platform business Praemium forgetting to put director Claire Willette up for re-election by shareholders.
The Barry Lewin-chaired Praemium euphemised the blunder as an "administrative error". It says this means Willette must step down from her non-executive director role to comply with ASX listing rules until being re-appointed by shareholders at the next available opportunity. Assuming the board doesn't forget again.
