“I only come to this with my reputation,” Corporate Travel Management’s replacement chairman Ewen Crouch declared on Monday, brandishing an intangible asset he implicitly believes should command tremendous value. The poor fellow seems to have mistaken himself for a Brian McNamee or Allan Moss, not a former fee-for-service solicitor of middling renown – and now an utter wood duck for a guileful shareholder-CEO.
