It’s been a big week for Clive Palmer, whose lawsuit against West Australian legislation designed to stop him suing the state for $30 billion in damages has finally reached the High Court.
Palmer, a practised litigant, is representing himself. And there to offer support on the Wednesday was none other than maverick ex-Liberal Craig Kelly, the now-independent member for Hughes, in his first visit to the Canberra institution.
