This weekend the 60-year-old CEO of $12 billion fund manager Ausbil will be swimming into the Pacific as he takes part in Australia’s longest ocean swim, which since its inauguration in 2019 has taken place annually from Sydney’s Palm Beach to Shelly Beach.
The appropriately named Ross Youngman will, we are assured, be fine. He often does this sort of thing for "fun", having completed the 34-kilometre Derwent River Big Swim in December.
