Racing heavyweight lists $5.3m penthouse with three terraces

Victorian Racing Club CEO Steve Rosich and his wife Melissa have listed their Toorak penthouse with a $5.3 million price guide a month after the racing heavyweight announced his resignation after four years in the top job.
The former Fremantle Dockers CEO paid $3.98 million for the top floor of the boutique block of five back in 2020, the same year he and Ms Rosich relocated to the Victorian capital from Western Australia.
