Valuer Acumentis remains suspended by CBA

Valuer Acumentis remains suspended by CBA, the country's largest mortgage lender, and the auditor's note accompanying the firm's latest results says a material uncertainty exists about the ability of the company formerly known as LandmarkWhite to continue as a going concern.

The auditor's caution over Acumentis, which changed its name last month, followed a similar note accompanying its annual report published in October. It was a consequence of the net $3.5 million loss the company recorded in the six months to December, as it sought to recover from a disastrous year in which it was hammered by data thefts, the loss of business and the resignation of chief executive Chris Coonan.
