The Southern Highlands mansion of restaurateurs and developers David Graham and David Kunde has sold for $26 million, setting a record for the town of Robertson.

Named Linden Hall when it was built two decades ago, the residence had a price guide of $25 million to $27 million when it hit the market a year ago.
