Son of late British billionaire sells $12m Melbourne penthouse

Yorkshire-born, Melbourne-based businessman Mark Healey has offloaded his Toorak penthouse, the latest sale in a string of high-profile property deals linked to the son of late British billionaire Eddie Healey.

The glass-encased penthouse was listed with an $11 million to $12 million price guide through Marshall White’s Marcus Chiminello. While the final sale price remains undisclosed, local property sources have said it sold within the guide. Mr Chiminello could not be reached for comment.
