Student accommodation provider Scape has expanded its core fund of facilities, winning fresh investment into the $3.3 billion portfolio despite the challenges in the education sector posed by the pandemic.
Under its latest transaction, Scape has upsized its core fund, incorporating four projects it had developed in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. The move brings the Scape Core Fund to a total of 24 facilities, comprising more than 13,000 student beds.
