Accusations are flying thick and fast between registered training providers and the Real Estate Institute of NSW ahead of major industry reforms due to take effect in March.

The state reforms, aimed at improving the industry for the benefit of consumers, incorporate a new licensing system for agents and a continuing professional development (CPD) regime, with content prescribed by the NSW state government.
