Collapsed developer Ralan's Gold Coast apartment buyers have voted to take up director William O'Dwyer's deal to buy more apartments in an effort to save their apartment deposits over a liquidation.

Results of the vote taken last week showed most of the buyers and unsecured creditors of Ralan's Ruby apartment projects chose Mr O'Dwyer's proposed Deed of Company Agreement (DOCA).
