In 2013, friends Natalie Khoei and fellow University of NSW architecture student Shadi Kord invested $200 apiece to launch their online fashion and accessories business, Meshki, on Instagram. Now, both own Bellevue Hill mansions purchased for $48.5 million and $22.75 million respectively.

While Kord bought her property in August last year, the rags-to-riches story has just been capped off by Khoei’s own trophy home acquisition.
