Winemaker and cattle baron Paul Holmes à Court and his wife Zara have sold a Peppermint Grove, Perth, home for $14.5 million. The sale comes less than 12 months since the couple offloaded the house next door for $9.275 million.
The side-by-side sales totalling about $24 million have quashed expectations that the son of Australia’s first billionaire –the late corporate raider Robert Holmes à Court – was planning a mega compound across the adjoining blocks totalling about half a hectare.
