Rich Lister James Packer has sold his Beverly Hills mansion for $US60 million ($93.57 million) in what’s understood to be the most expensive property deal in the Los Angeles suburb this year – but for $US25 million less than its asking price.

The sprawling 12-bedroom, 18-bathroom manor at 1028 Ridgedale Drive was offloaded on Monday for the same price Packer purchased it for in 2018 from actor Danny DeVito and his wife, Rhea Perlman.
