Melbourne-based online bookmaker Nick Fahey has had a big year by all accounts. He and his partner, Ten’s Melbourne weather presenter Kate Freebairn, are expecting. Plus his PointsBet shares came out of escrow, leaving him $156.4 million richer on paper.
To cap it all off, the 34-year-old is set to make his debut on Sydney’s high-end market, thanks to the contemporary hillside residence in Tamarama he has bought for more than $16 million.
