After pulling off the deal of the year with Blackstone’s $24 billion acquisition of AirTrunk from Macquarie Asset Management, Robin Khuda has clocked yet another 2024 windfall. However, instead of hyperscale data centres, The Australian Financial Review Rich Lister’s latest deal has been inked within the glamorous world of high-end Sydney real estate.

Mr Khuda and his wife Melea Walker-Khuda have just sold the penthouse in their first completed luxury residential project in Manly on Sydney’s northern beaches, notching a suburb apartment high of $18.05 million for a completed dwelling.
