Myer family’s $105m Cranlana compound approved for luxury revamp

When the Myer retail dynasty announced they planned to sell their long-held Toorak estate Cranlana guiding $96 million to $105 million late last year, the listing offered the chance to own one of Melbourne’s finest historic homes on Toorak’s largest landholding.

Now, recently updated marketing material reveals the family’s decision to sell the 1903-built compound after a century of ownership has been years in the making.
