Mornington moves: Silbery to farewell ‘Portsea playground’

Melbourne-based entrepreneur Craig Silbery and his wife, Lauren, have listed their resort-style holiday home in Victoria’s elite holiday playground Portsea, after buying land in nearby wine region Merricks.

The Silberys picked up the contemporary home on Tea Tree Drive for $4.75 million in 2018, the same year Mr Silbery sold the probiotic company he co-founded, Life-Space, to Chinese dietary giant By-Health in 2018 for $700 million, reportedly pocketing about $140 million in the process. Now, the Portsea pad is back on the market, this time with a $9.3 million guide.
