But there are more incidents involving other agents aside from Adrian Bo, former female employees say.

Former employees have welcomed former McGrath real estate agent Adrian Bo's sacking, but say this is only the "tip of the iceberg" of the company's history of sexual harassment.

Mr Bo was fired on Tuesday following an internal investigation into claims he sexually harassed a male colleague.
