The penthouse of the Crown tower at Sydney’s Barangaroo is expected to change hands within days, with the luxury prize selling for about $80 million, around $20 million less than hoped for when it first hit the prestige market four years ago.
The sale of the two-storey, six-bedroom penthouse and its 360-degree views of the harbour city has been one of the ultra-luxury market’s most anticipated sales since it first hit the market with a price tag of $100 million in August 2021.
