Housing affordability set to worsen despite slowing price growth

Housing affordability could worsen further in the next 12 months, as interest rates stay higher for longer and new supply dwindles, ANZ’s Housing Affordability Report shows.
That’s despite a recent sharp slowdown in house price growth, particularly in Sydney.
