Healthcare boss Jayne Shaw has emerged as the $8.65 million buyer of real estate kingpin John McGrath’s Walsh Bay penthouse.
Shaw’s purchase of the split-level apartment at the northern end of the Pier comes just four months after she set an inner-west record when she sold her Birchgrove waterfront home for $14.25 million to property investor and developer John Gobbo.
