Gentle pressure secures $19m Toorak sale

Michael Bleby

A four-bedroom Toorak home on 1811 square metres that failed to sell after 111 days on the market last year has sold for $19 million – just under its last asking price – in a sign that properties at Melbourne’s top end are moving.
