Former Gold Coast Suns chairman Tony Cochrane and his wife and co-founder of special events outfit Cochrane Entertainment Thea Jeanes-Cochrane have listed their Hamptons-style Gold Coast mansion.

The couple embarked on a two-year build alongside architect Bayden Goddard, of firm BDG, to create the four-level mansion with more than 1700 square metres of under-roof living space.
