A war of words has erupted between realtors in Brisbane’s inner suburbs, as agents in the normally genteel suburbs accuse a rival of posting fake reviews and testimonials about them to lure away potential clients.

The turf war began after agents discovered a website owned by Byrony O’Neill, who specialises in million-dollar home sales around Toowong, appeared to have posted testimonials about her rivals. While well-hidden, the posts appeared if prospective clients searched online for reviews.
