A consortium of Byron Bay creatives has sold its hinterland retreat Sun Ranch, with the mystery buyer intending to keep the luxury escape running as a hospitality and accommodation venue.

The property is owned by a group of like-minded creatives headed up by duo Jamie Blakey, who founded One Teaspoon fashion label, and her friend and hotelier Julia Ashwood. Also in the consortium, called Rolling Thunder, is co-founder of streetwear and athleisure label P.E Nation founder Claire Greaves.
