The Brisbane-based duo behind design and construction outfit Graya Group, Rob and Andrew Gray, have paid between $23 million and $25 million for a beachfront block in exclusive Byron Bay enclave Belongil Beach.

The sale, for an undisclosed price, marks the pair’s first foray south of the Queensland border, expanding their footprint of bold and striking residential creations dotted across blue-chip suburbs of Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
