7-Eleven co-owner’s family sells mansion for record $31m
The family of late 7-Eleven co-owner Beverley Barlow sold her mansion in Bayside Melbourne for more than $31 million on Monday night to an unidentified local buyer in a sale that sets a new Brighton record.
The beachfront five-bedroom 39 Seacombe Road pile on 1500 square metres with underground parking for 12 cars sold within the $30 million to $33 million price guide, Buxton selling agent Ben Vieth confirmed on Tuesday.
