A penthouse buyer at Lendlease's newest apartment development at Darling Square, in Sydney's Chinatown, has sued the developer for breach of contract over car spaces.
The couple, who bought two top floor units at the Darling Rise tower for $6.15 million, said they were provided with two car spaces that were one behind each other, instead of side by side, court documents said.
