John Symond set to break Australia’s property record with $200m sale

Australian real estate records could soon be smashed with the offering of John Symond’s Point Piper home, Wingadal, which has joined Sydney’s prestige market with a $200 million-plus price guide.

That price would easily eclipse the current house record of $130 million, paid by Scott Farquhar – who recently stepped down as co-CEO of Atlassianand his wife, venture capitalist Kim Jackson, for Uig Lodge, also in Point Piper.
