Army veteran and entrepreneur Steen Bisgaard has paid $10.5 million for a second luxury compound in the Gold Coast hinterland, eight years after he founded robotic training system GaardTech.

The five-bedroom, seven-bathroom Tallebudgera Valley property was sold by vendors Gary and Julie McPherson, who were behind the construction of the palatial concrete home, with the design inspired by their European travels.
