AirTrunk’s Robin Khuda wins battle to build apartments at Palm Beach
Rich Lister Robin Khuda has won a long battle with the wealthy residents of exclusive Palm Beach on Sydney’s northern beaches, securing approval to develop a series of luxury apartments worth tens of millions of dollars on the site of a former fish and chips shop.
The project at 1102 Barrenjoey Road – next door to local heritage landmark Barrenjoey House – is one of a number of high-end developments being pursued by Mr Khuda, who was named The Australian Financial Review’s joint 2024 Business Person of the Year after the $24 billion sale of his AirTrunk data centre group to Blackstone.
