A Perth luxury real estate agent has sold her own house in Mosman Park for $21.5 million – making it the most expensive home sale in the WA capital this year – after completing a seven-year construction of the three-level family pile built into a rock face in the city’s leafy western suburbs.
Ray White Dalkeith agent Vivien Yap and dentist husband Johannes Yap on Wednesday settled the sale of the Tom Brooking-designed home they completed just four years ago, after demolishing the 1960s house on the 1096-square-metre site they acquired in 2014 for $4.6 million.
