The developer behind Brisbane’s Howard Smith Wharves precinct, Adam Flaskas, and his fiancee Ruby Lee have put their super-sized New Farm penthouse on the market, as the couple readies to head south before Mr Flaskas’ next wharf renewal project in Sydney.
Though there is no price guide on offer for the dual-storey penthouse, recent comparable sales put the five-bedroom abode in the region of $12 million to $16 million.
