A who's who of the Melbourne property sector turned out in the winter sun last Friday to witness a piece of Bourke Street history change hands at auction for $7.6 million.
The three-storey building, home for many years to jewellers Kozminsky, was bought by the Giannarelli family, well known in Melbourne for its stonemason business.
