Investor sentiment towards Australia’s $350 billion office tower sector is turning, with a rise in the number of transactions and a sense that valuations, now as much as 20-30 per cent below peak, are starting to stabilise.

It’s not the same bull sentiment that is driving demand for data centres, nor the quiet confidence that has emerged in the retail sector this year.
