White-collar workers, sick of back-to-back Zoom calls and poor remote management, have fallen out of love with working from home and are keen to get back to the office where they can build relationships and discuss ideas with colleagues.
While corporate Australia has successfully moved operations out of a centralised office into the living rooms and kitchens of its workforce, office workers in this country, who stuck to their offices more than counterparts in the UK and US through the pandemic, are now keener to get back.
