Australia’s biggest property company, Goodman, will be building more data centres than warehouses – its traditional focus – within a year, as it accelerates into a global thirst for data storage.
With a global portfolio worth nearly $80 billion, chief executive Greg Goodman has built a fortune on the demand for warehouse space to house goods, logistics and factories around the world.
