Apartment owners in Sydney’s north shore have issued a cease and desist letter to Iwan Sunito, co-founder of the collapsed Crown Group, who has allegedly made unauthorised representations that he has development rights over their high-rise homes in Chatswood.

The claims come as Sunito attempts to resurrect his development ambitions and win investment for One Global Capital, the company he has established following the high-profile failure of Crown Group and its $1 billion pipeline of projects.
