Pop princess Kylie Minogue and her family are hoping to cash in the appetite for well-leased suburban office property, putting up for sale a $20 million commercial property in upmarket Hawthorn, in Melbourne’s inner east.

The actor-turned-singer-turned-global celebrity, who first made the fictional Ramsay Street an address known to the world, together with her family are looking to exit two linked office properties on Hawthorn’s Church Street.
