One of Byron Bay’s best-known retreats, the Gaia Retreat & Spa created by Olivia Newton-John and her co-owners, has hit the market amid a flurry of investment activity in the popular tourism destination.

The much-heralded retreat comprises 22 rooms, along with a day spa and restaurant set on over eight hectares of land. Two adjoining residential titles across more than four hectares are part of the offering while the retreat itself offers scope for development.
