Melbourne pub sale sets new yield benchmark

A pub in Melbourne’s south-east has traded at a record-low yield of 3.8 per cent for investments leased to listed operator Endeavour Group, after it was snapped up by a local investor for $15.66 million.
The Tudor Inn, at 1281 Nepean Highway, was the latest asset offered for sale by ASX-listed pub landlord ALE Property Group, which has now divested more than $100 million of non-core properties this year.
