Macquarie seals takeover of AirTrunk data centres

Macquarie Group's infrastructure arm now owns an 88 per cent stake in data centre operator AirTrunk, valuing the business at more than $3 billion.
The acquisition, first flagged in January, was made by a group led by Macquarie Asia Infrastructure Fund 2, a fund managed by Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA), the world's largest infrastructure asset manager.
